Weigh-in #2

I was excited to see that I weighed 201.2 this morning.  I’ve shed 5 lbs. so far!  Really didn’t expect that.  Without really going hardcore with the exercise program yet, it shows that my diet has really helped.  Also, I realize that I had some extra pounds that really were just waiting to disappear.  The weight loss will go a little slower as the weeks go on.

Chris, I’m going to adopt your goal of 4 lbs. this week.  Here we go…
