Weighed in at 231 again today, same as yesterday. I really need to get on my diet, went out for chicken wings and Yogartz last night with friends. So I need to get it brought it.
Went on a MTB ride this morning. Did a great trail, but most of its downhill so not a huge cardio workout, but still freakin awesome.
Will try to double up my workout today with a lifting session this afternoon, we’ll see.
